By accessing this Course, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Course are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in our courses, the content of them and associated materials is owned solely by Money First Aid Ltd (the Company) and you may not copy or reproduce any part of them unless you have obtained a licence in writing from the Company. 

We only supply the Course for internal use by you or others within your business or organisation, and you agree not to use them or permit them to be used for any resale purposes or for any other purpose, including developing or enhancing any competing product or service.

We do not provide financial advice. The training courses provided and the financial information within them are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.​

You warrant that you alone will take the Course and any associated assessment allocated to you.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Course website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

No liability can be accepted for any loss incurred in any way whatsoever by any person relying solely on the information contained within them. The courses have been produced solely for the purpose of assessment and should not be taken as definitive of the legal position.  

The Company has no responsibility or liability for how you use the knowledge and skills from the training. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the knowledge and skills appropriately. The Company has no ongoing supervision requirements for the learners who have completed the training.

The Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
